Bob began his career in financial services in December 1982 with a Wall Street Investment firm. After undergoing extensive training for 5 months Bob began working with clients in Clearwater Florida. Many had recently retired to Florida from “up North” having sold their business, their house, or separated from employment with some company. All had one thing in common: a lump sum of money and little experience with creating income from such a sum that they would feel comfortable could last them for their lives while leaving a legacy for their children.

While “Income Planning” is currently a “hot topic” among advisors, Bob has been doing it for more than 30 years and his commitment to ethics, best industry practices, as well as completing a rigorous training & assessment earned him the title of Certified Wealth Strategist.

In addition to recent retirees Bob works with many clients who are committed to their financial future and need help navigating the course to pursue their goals. With longevity comes the satisfaction of assisting many individuals and families who became clients when they were in their late 40’s and early 50’s to their 60’s and who are now in their 70’s – 90’s and enjoying the benefits of the relationship with Bob and guidance he has provided over the years.

Many clients rely of Bob for financial advice outside of their investments including evaluating offers of employment, purchases and sales of their businesses, major purchases and financing arrangements.

Bob is married to Rhonda since 1976 and lives in Naples. Bob and Rhonda have three grown sons and a Schnoodle, Jasper.

Francisco joined Complete Financial Wealth in October of 2016. He came aboard to assist Bob with office and marketing administration. Francisco works closely with Bob to provide an enhanced and seamless experience for each and every client. 

In addition to the administrative responsibilities, Francisco assists with marketing and branding, helps with the web and social media related matters that further enables Bob to focus and give his clients his undivided attention. 

Francisco is originally from New York and has called South Florida home since 1969. He is a people person who truly enjoys being of service to others in finding solutions in whatever area he can help.

Tenise joined Lincoln Investment in 2023 as a Virtual Sales Assistant. Formerly she worked in the logistics field, after being employed with Prudential Financial for almost 25 years. Tenise holds two associate degrees in culinary arts, liberal arts and recently completed her bachelors degree in professional studies with a minor in applied supervision in the spring of 2024 from Widener University.

Sharon began her career with Lincoln Investment in
March 2018. Prior to joining Lincoln, Sharon spent over 20 years in
customer service for a life insurance and annuity provider where
she supported advisors, field leaders, field office staff and end user clients.

She currently holds the FINRA Series 6, 26 and 63 registrations.
Since joining Lincoln, Sharon has supported her advisors in all
aspects of their business.

Sharon has one child and three grandchildren and resides in
Horsham, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and
spending time with her family, friends and two golden retrievers.

Jasper Weissbein has been diligently working with Bob Weissbein at Complete Financial Wealth since 2011. Jasper’s responsibilities include greeting visitors, security and asset protection. This award was issued on 3/1/25 by Five Star Professional (FSP) for the time period 5/15/24 through 12/13/24. Fee paid for use of marketing materials. Self-completed questionnaire was used for rating. This rating is not related to the quality of the investment advice and based solely on the disclosed criteria. 898 Southwest Florida-area wealth managers were considered for the award; 81 (9 % of candidates) were named 2025 Five Star Wealth Managers.  Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of Five Star Wealth Managers. The award is based on 10 objective criteria. Eligibility criteria-required: 1. Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria-considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations. FSP does not evaluate quality of services provided to clients.
